• I have been a practicing attorney residing within the 4th Judicial District for the past 29 years, appearing as a trial lawyer on behalf of plaintiffs and defendants in personal injury, malpractice, products liability, criminal law, labor law, matrimonial and real property cases. I have appeared in every courthouse in the District together with presenting oral arguments in several Appellate Divisions throughout New York as well as the Court of Appeals. I am admitted to practice in the federal courts, including the U.S Supreme Court. I have also served as a Warren County Assistant District Attorney prosecuting misdemeanor and felony cases. I also serve on the Medical Review Board of NYS and continue to be dedicated public causes which have included serving as a library trustee in Glens Falls and the Southern Adirondack Library System [SALS] Some of my past trials have been the subject of several articles in newspapers and legal journals as well as a television segment on Court TV. In law school I served as Law Review Editor in Chief. I look forward to being able to continue my work on the trial bench.
