- I was born and raised in Port Jervis and for the last nine years I have served the community as an Assistant District Attorney. My wife Liz and I own our own home in Port Jervis and we have two small children, Joshua and Emma. Liz teaches English at Port Jervis High School.
During my time at the Orange County District Attorney's Office, I prosecuted a wide variety of cases including complex homicide investigations, shootings, burglaries, robberies, drug cases, rape, sexual assault, domestic violence, DWI and narcotics cases. I have prosecuted thousands of criminal cases and have extensive misdemeanor and felony trial experience. I have gained valuable criminal law experience necessary for holding the position of City Court Judge.
