Candidate Biography
Personal Statement |
- Prior to becoming a Nassau County District Court Judge, I was a practicing attorney for 26 years and also served as an executive officer, director and general counsel to numerous public and private corporations through out the United States and internationally. I was found “Well-Qualified” by the Nassau County Bar Association for District Court Judge and have been endorsed by the Nassau County (i) Police Benevolent Association, (ii) Detectives Association, (iii) Superior Officers Association, (iv) Sheriff Officers Association, (v) Court Officers Benevolent Association, (vi) NYS Fraternal Order of Police and (vii) CSEA Judicial Local 330. I have also been active in my community as a former baseball and soccer coach, Boy Scout and Cub Scout Leader, religion teacher, Trustee of St. Frances de Chantal Church and member of the Knights of Columbus. I believe my experience as a judge and an attorney, for over 26 years, and my community service with the families of Nassau County uniquely qualify me to continue to serve the public as a District Court Judge.
