• I am a former prosecutor, having tried to verdict dozens of significant violent felony cases with the Suffolk County District Attorney's Office. In addition to that, I have extensive trial experience in New York State Supreme Court, having tried in excess of sixty cases to verdict representing both Plaintiffs and Defendants in significant civil litigation. I have been a practicing trial lawyer for over twenty-two years and have appeared before jurists in every jurisdiction in the greater New York metropolitan area. I feel that a successful jurist should be able to preside in a uniformly fair and consistent manner, with understanding, compassion and courtesy toward all litigants. It is my hope to be that kind of Judge. I have been married for nineteen years and have two children. I am very active within my community, and have served on our local Board of Education as well as our Library Board. I am also very active as a Coach for youth sports in our area and belong to several local civic associations, including the Fraternal Order, Sons of Italy and the Ancient Order of Hibernians.
