Personal Statement |
- Mr. Quinn has been Managing Partner of Phillips, Weiner, Quinn, Artura & Cox for 24 years, meeting with thousands of clients in various situations from misdemeanor or felony trial, Wills, Estates and elder law consultations. He has represented clients from simple business transactions, to the sale and merger of a multi-million dollar company. Mr. Quinn has tried personal injury cases from inception through conclusion; litigated Family Court cases on issues of neglect, custody, support; tried divorce cases; tried commercial litigation cases, and has represented profit and not-for-profit corporations.
Mr. Quinn has had the benefit of 24 years of legal practice in the Suffolk County Community to which he was born and raised to. He has dedicated and prided himself in giving his clients fair and diligent legal representation. Mr. Quinn understands the struggles that clients and practitioners are enduring under the current trends of our judicial system. He believes he can bring both his skills and compassion to the bench and give back to the community that gave to him for 24 years and attempt to find justice.
