• I have devoted 26 years to public service, including almost 4 years as a Judge of the Civil Court. As a Judge, I have presided over numerous jury trials and bench trials, as well as the various motion and trial assignment parts throughout the court. My judicial experience, combined with over 20 years of private practice have prepared me to serve as a Supreme Court Justice and handle complex legal issues. I served for 15 years as the Queens Commissioner to the NYC Tax Commission, and prior to that as an Associate Speaker's Counsel to the NYS Assembly. I am a lifelong resident of Queens County, where I currently reside with my wife, Jill and my son, Benjamin.
