Personal Statement |
- I have been a NYS Supreme Court Justice in the 4th Judicial District for the past 14 years, presiding over thousands of personal injury, malpractice, products liability, labor law, matrimonial and real property cases. Nine years prior to that I served as Saratoga County Court Judge presiding over thousands of felony cases. Currently I serve as Supervising Judge of the County Level Criminal Courts for the 11 county 4th Judicial District. I have been a dedicated public servant since 1972 when I served as Assistant District Attorney then Chief Assistant District Attorney for Saratoga County. In 1997 I received the NYS Trial Lawyers Association Hon. Felix J. Aulisi Award for the Fair Administration of Justice. In 2002 I received the Capital District Trial Lawyers Association Hon. Edward S. Conway Award for Judicial Excellence. I was the recipient of a full academic scholarship to the University of Notre Dame. I am grateful to have served the citizens of NYS and look forward to continuing that service.
