- With over 30 years of experience as a practicing attorney, Law Clerk to my two predecessors and more than thirteen years as a Supreme Court Justice, I believe I have proven myself capable and deserving of being re-elected to the Supreme Court Bench. Throughout my career, I have striven to uphold the law, provide assistance to those who find themselves in conflict and treat litigants and lawyers who appear before me with dignity, respect and compassion. I have been honored by my peers by being elected president of the Association of Supreme Court Justices of the State of New York and currently serve as a co-editor of New York Pattern Jury Instructions, one of the most respected legal references in the state.
