Candidate Biography
Personal Statement
  • I was an Assistant Distriict Attorney from 1982-1988. As an Assistant District Attorney I prosecuted all types of criminal matters including rape, drug, robbery and high profile murder cases.. Since 1988 I have maintained a private law practice specializing in criminal defense, and personal injury prosecution and defense. I have tried over 100 criminal cases and over 150 civil cases, and have defended many insurance companies including Allstate, Prudential, High Point, Response, and American Transit. I feel my experience qualifies me for District Court Judge because I have tried cases from both sides, and am therefore impartial. If elected I would remain fair, just, and impartial. I have been found " well qualified " by the Nassau County Bar Association.
