Personal Statement
  • –Found “Well-Qualified to be a Supreme Court justice by the Nassau County Bar Association. –Involved in the community as a member of the Herricks School Board, as President of the New Hyde Park Chamber of Commerce, as a member of the Herricks Community Fund, as Chairman of the Island harvest Advisory Board (a non-profit food recovery program whose mission is to feed the hungry on Long Island) and is presently serving as a member of the Advisory Council of Notre Dame Parish. –Served as a member of the North Hempstead Board of Zoning Appeals and the North Hempstead Community Development Agency. –Lectured on topics of criminal and civil law as part of continuing legal education seminars for attorneys. –Member of the Nassau County Bar Association, the Nassau County Women’s Bar Association, and the District Court Judges Association. –Married to Patricia Ann Baron and have three sons. My experiences in life, my commitment to working hard and my insistence on providing a fair forum for all litigants will make me a judge who will serve on the Supreme Court with distinction.
