Candidate Biography
Personal Statement
  • I can bring to the bench significant court room trial experience, an extensive knowledge of the law, youthful energy, common sense and a fresh perspective. By running, I'm also demonstrating my deep commitment to preserving the integrity and spirit of the home rule, which tacitly allows for a resident sitting judge in each of the counties represented in the 5th Judicial District. This rule helps ensure fairness and equal representation throughout the district, and eliminates the undue burdens that would be placed on litigants should their county lose its judicial seat. My contribution to the people of New York would be in upholding the fundamentals of good governance by following the words of one of our country's greatest statesmen, George Washington, who said: "The due administration of justice is the firmest pillar of good government."
