Candidate Biography
Personal Statement
  • The primary function of an Albany County Court Judge is to preside over criminal cases. For the last 32 years, I have been a Lead Trial Attorney in approximately 200 major felony cases. Through my experience, I have gained the knowledge, wisdom, humility, and common sense necessary to serve as a fair, effective, and impartial Judge. As Albany County Court Judge, I will work hard to preserve the integrity of the Court, and treat every individual with dignity and respect. PERSONAL My wife, Blaine and I have been married for 30 years, and we live with our son Casey in Loudonville, New York. I was a Member of the School Board of St. Pius Middle School, and coached soccer in their school program, as well as baseball in the North Colonie Little League. I am still an avid runner and participate in local 5K and 10K road races.
