Candidate Biography
Personal Statement
  • Deliberate justice must be met with deliberate speed to ensure justice of substance and of process. Judicial reform is required systemically as well as in terms of operations and interactions among the people who need the courts, the attorneys who work with and at the the courts and justices and judicial personnel who serve the public. Respect for a system and more importantly those using the system must be ensured and avoidance of gaming the system through undue adjournments, procedural actions that do not serve the public well is important. I possess an even temperament, and am judicious and patient. I have worked closely with clients and attended multiple hearings and administrative interviews over ten years. I also possess four years experience administering an interstate agency and will utilize such experience in the efficient operation of a courtroom and delivery of services to the people that come before the court. A Brady courtroom will deliver respectful, efficient justice and do so with the utmost integrity..
