Candidate Biography
Personal Statement
  • The primary reason I want to sit on the bench is to do justice, fairly, equally, and with integrity. I hope to do all I can to assure that our people view our justice system as one that will serve and protect them regardless on which side of the bar they appear to be situated. It is my hope that the person entering my courtroom will do so with the expectation that he or she will be treated equally and without regard to politics, race, creed, color, orientation, socio-economic or any other status. Each person should know that the bench knows there is more to him or her than what the words of the lawyers and witnesses or the facts the evidence establishes and that all the tangible and intangible factors work together in the fashioning of a fair, just outcome in any particular case.
