Personal Statement
  • I have been an ctive trial lawyer for the past 27 years with both the Suffolk County District Attorneys Office and the Suffolk County Department of Law. I have taken nearly 100 successful jury verdicts. During my career in public service, I have worked for both Republican and Democratic administrations. While in the D.A.'s Office I handeled numerous cases at trial that involved long term investigative cases, major violent street crimes, and Homicide cases. For the past 11 years I have successfully defended at trial over 50 Civil Rights cases that involved over 150 employees of the Suffolk County Police Department, Suffolk County Sheriff's Office, and the County Department of Corrections. I am a member of the Suffolk County Bar Association and have served as a Director for ther Suffolk County Criminal Bar Association. I have been foung qualified by the Suffolk County Bar Association and look foward to serving as a District Court Judge representing the Town of Smithtown. Please vote on November 6th.
