Rated "highly qualified" by the Governor's and Senate's independent/bi-partisan Judicial Screening Committees. Former Greenburgh Town Justice, 2005-2007. Former Bureau Chief and Major Offense Trial Prosecutor, Queens Cnty. Dist. Attorney's Office, 1982-1993. Practicing civil and criminal litigation/trial attorney, 1993-2007. Board Member: Greenburgh Town Planning Bd., 1999-2005; Greenburgh Town Ethics Bd., 1996-1999; Greenburgh Housing Development Corp., 2004-2007. Married; 2 children; resident of Town of Greenburgh since 1985. Born in Harlem, NYC 1952. Raised in Mt. Vernon, NY. Attended/graduated Mt. Vernon public schools.
