Candidate Biography
Personal Statement
  • I am a candidate for State Supreme Court because I believe that my experience of serving on the Family Court bench for 17 years, being a Law Clerk in County Court for 3 Years and being a trial attorney since 1977 gives me an excellent background in understanding the law and the needs of the litigants who appear before me. I understand that all lawsuits are extremely important to the parties and that they deserve a full and fair opportunity to be heard and have their arguments carefully considered. I am proud of the fact that the Judiciary Committee's of both the Erie and Niagara County Bar Associations have given me their highest possible ratings and promise that I will strive to live up to those ratings each and every day I am on the bench.
