Personal Statement
  • I am the senior Westchester County Court Judge handling some of the most difficult and heinous criminal cases in the county. Since 2000, I have been an Acting Supreme Court Justice handling civil cases in addition to my criminal cases. I am also currently serving as the Presiding Judge of the Westchester County Mental Health Court. Before being elected to the County Court I was a Mount Vernon City Court Judge for 12 years. I have handled thousands of civil and criminal cases during my 21 years on the bench. The Westchester County Bar Association has found me “well qualified,” their highest rating.
